How do I enable Dark Mode in Ubuntu 18.04?

Install Gnome Tweak Tool:

sudo apt install gnome-tweak-tool

Run "Tweaks" from the software menu.

Under Appearance -> Themes -> Applications, change your theme from Ambiance:

to Adwaita-dark:

Voilà!
